Where you purchase a paid membership, you authorize us or our designated payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fee. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period, and access to paid features continues until that period expires. Acceptable Use Policy

Acceptable use of Hibbly requires respectful, honest conduct toward other members and the platform itself. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

8. Content involving minors — any content depicting or referencing minors is prohibited without exception and reported to appropriate authorities.

10. Circumventing security — attempting to bypass verification, moderation or access controls.

Hibbly employs moderation review and in-profile reporting tools so members can flag suspicious or abusive behavior. Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension or permanent termination, at our discretion.

Content Ownership, License and Profile Verification

User Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the photos, messages, bio text and other content you upload to Hibbly ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership over your original material.

Limited License to Hibbly

By posting User Content, you grant Hibbly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the platform, including showing your profile to prospective matches.

Prohibited Content

Content that is sexually explicit, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, misleading or contrary to this Acceptable Use Policy may be removed without notice.

Verification Disclaimer

Hibbly offers photo verification features designed to reduce, but not eliminate, the risk of fake or misleading profiles. Verification confirms that submitted photos reasonably match a live profile check; it does not constitute a background check, an identity audit, or confirmation of any member's employment, income, assets or "Verified Status" in a financial sense. Hibbly does not investigate members' financial standing, criminal history or marital status, and you should exercise your own judgment and caution when communicating with or meeting any match.

Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

Service Provided "As Is"

Hibbly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

No Guarantee of Matches or Outcomes
